Automatic Bending Steel Rebar 3D Fence Mesh Welding Machine
A net pulling mechanism is composed of a linear slider track, a hook device and a net pulling trolley. The net pulling trolley is driven by servo motor. After deceleration through precision reducer and gear, the rotation is converted into linear motion by gear rack pair. The theoretical control accuracy is 0.01mm.
When the warp wire is sent to the number of progress, the hook device lifts and clamps the mesh. After the welding cylinder is lifted, the pull-net car steps further to weld the next mesh. Hook the mesh, loosen the hook, return to the next hook, and wait for the next step. When the mesh pulling mechanism can not pull out the mesh at one time, the mesh pulling car will return to the second hook position of the current mesh according to the set step return position until the whole mesh is welded.
