The wires from coils are firstly straightened through this device in order to ensure that welding mesh will be more even. It is essential to the whole line.
There are 27PCS longitudinal wire straightening unit, each unit has 5pcs wheels, it fits for straitening wire diameter 2-3.5 mm.
Each unit has the special structure and the distance among each wheel is calculated accurately. So it can straighten different materials such as galvanizing wires, cold-rolled ribbed wires, low-carton black wires, etc.
Each straightening unit adopts tungsten steel as the material; the overall is with high wear resistance.
