The weft bending mechanism is composed of supporting frame, upper tool assembly, lower tool assembly and lifting mechanism. When bending is needed, the bending cylinder works, the lower knife is lifted up upward and the mesh is bent. After the upper position is reached, the cylinder drops to the original position at the bottom for a period of time. Complete the bending process.
The welding resistance transformer of the equipment is controlled by the microcomputer. The welding electronic control adopts the method of primary welding group power transmission, that is, when welding, the welding transformer is more reliable, more stable, faster and more intelligent; the welding splash is small, reduce the burns of the welding point and prevent the thermal deformation of the mesh.
The intermediate feeding mechanism consists of support frame , straight rail , hook device and intermediate delivery trolley .When the mesh mechanism pulls the mesh to the end position , the middle into the hook device hook the mesh , the mesh to the bending mechanism , the bending mechanism began to work , complete the first bend , the middle into the car to the end position , such as the mesh mechanism , return to the origin position , the next mesh hook.
